By accessing MoonCreek courses, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Access

• Personal, non-transferable license to view course content
• No redistribution, recording, or resale
• Access requires an active account and a compatible device with a stable internet connection
• We may update, replace, or remove specific lessons or modules to improve quality or maintain compliance

Payments and refunds

• All prices are shown before tax, if applicable
• Refund requests assessed case-by-case within 14 days of purchase
• If content has been substantially consumed or downloaded, refunds may be declined
• Chargebacks without contacting support first may result in account suspension

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle until canceled
• You can cancel anytime from your account; access remains until the end of the paid term
• Introductory offers or trials convert to standard pricing unless canceled before renewal
• We may adjust pricing with prior notice; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance

Acceptable use

• No abusive behavior or attempts to disrupt the service
• Fair and lawful use of materials
• No automated scraping, bulk downloading, or reverse engineering
• Do not share account credentials or attempt to access accounts you do not own

Account and security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security incident regarding your account
• We may require multi-factor authentication for higher-risk actions

Intellectual property

• All course materials are owned by MoonCreek or its licensors
• Except for the license granted below, no rights are transferred or implied

Limitations and disclaimers

• Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee outcomes, certification, or employment results
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoonCreek is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or suspected fraud
• Upon termination, your license to content ends immediately
• Sections that by nature should survive termination (e.g., IP, limitations of liability) will continue to apply

Privacy and data

• We process data to deliver and improve the service and for security
• Cookie preferences and theme selections may be stored in your browser
• Additional privacy details are available in your account area

Compliance

• You agree to comply with applicable laws, export controls, and sanctions
• You must not use the service where prohibited by law

Changes to these terms

• We may update these terms; changes take effect upon posting
• Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice

Governing law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-laws rules
• Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, where permitted
